I should be released back to work soon and we are now learning new songs to add to the setlist. I want to thank everyone for being patient with me so I could get back on my feet and into the swing of things again. I have also added the last entry to my blog, Tony's Status. So stay tuned, we should be setting up new dates to play and they will be posted here. We are looking forward to seeing you guys again soon!

I would like to thank everybody who have helped me out during this trying time in my life. I am in the middle of my recovery period and I am feeling better day by day, and I am trying to do more to gain my strength back. We had a practice this past weekend and it was really great, I was able to play the entire practice and I feel that soon I should be able to resume playing with the band as it will be getting close for my neurosurgeon to release me back to work. I appreciate everybody's thoughts and concerns during this time and look forward to playing our music for you again. Thanks again to everybody, you guys are great!

I got home a little while ago and had my wife take a few pics of the battlewounds. I am going through the 5 to 6 week recovery now, and I have to return in 10 more days to Erlanger for more testing and to get evalutation from the doctor. This past week, I found out I have a serious medical condition. I have decided to keep everyone close to me updated on my status here on the website. I have a brain aneurysm and I have to get this taken care of. Don't worry, I will be back and we will continue to keep Southern Fire rockin'! Knowing what I know now, but still uncertain on what the surgeons are going to do, I estimate about 3 months getting this issue fixed and I will be back....better than ever! I had to cancel the show at Crawdaddy's under doctor's orders to remain as calm as possible without exerting myself, and I do apologize up front for the lack of updates in the future. This is something that has to be fixed or I won't be here any more. You can click on the menu choice Tony's Status on the left side of the site for more information. I will update that as much as possible. Thanks for understanding, and most of all to my friends, I love you guys! Thanks for all the help and support.
